ABOUT ME

I’m your guide for the messy middle. You know, the part where you’re too awake to go back, but unsure of what’s next (or real). Human Design gave me the language to finally understand what my body had been trying to tell me—and permission to stop forcing myself into a life that looked right but felt wrong.

Bridging the analytical with the woo.

I help women who’ve done everything “right” and are questioning everything. If that’s you, I get it. Maybe you’ve had some experiences you can’t explain, or you’re noticing the rules you’ve been living by suddenly seem…wrong. You don’t need to hustle harder—you just need a new way forward. I’m here to help you find it.

How I Got Here…

After 20 years in the construction engineering industry, I hit a wall. I had checked every box that was supposed to lead to success—climbing the ladder, pushing through exhaustion, staying disconnected from myself because that’s what I thought it took to “make it.” But somewhere along the way, I lost myself. Now, I’m no longer chasing titles and promotions or trying to prove anything. Instead, I’m choosing to live differently. To follow what lights me up, explore the bigger picture through spirituality, and show my kids there’s more than one way to define success.

When I found Human Design (in the messy middle of awakening), everything shifted. I was skeptical and questioning, but I couldn’t unsee what I now knew, and I sure couldn't go back to how my life had been. It cracked me open. For the first time, I felt understood, like I finally had permission to be myself.

My work is for seekers in transition from doing what you “think” you “should” do to honoring your energy and passions. You’re questioning everything after the Universe sent you a wake-up call you can’t ignore. You don’t need a system to perform in, you need permission to trust your intuition. Human Design is a tool to understand how YOU work. I bring the engineer’s mind and the seeker’s heart, simplifying the complex, and making space for your questions so you can move from second guessing to confident decisions.

My approach is grounded in reality and accountability; bringing your day-to-day and spiritual worlds together without the bypassing. Start trusting what you already know!

A FEW OF MY

FAVORITE THINGS

A woman sitting on a beige sofa, holding a white mug in her right hand and a book in her left hand, with a tattoo of a butterfly on her right forearm. She is wearing a denim sleeveless dress.

Coffee is my love language.

My favorite mornings start with a quiet cup and my planner. Simple joy.

Married mama of two busy boys.

Which means life is full, loud, and often spent driving between sports and activities.

I’m a lifelong learner.

Always curious, and always absorbing knowledge. Favorite reads include The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown, and Understanding Human Design by Karen Curry Parker.

A woman practicing yoga indoors, sitting cross-legged on a yoga mat, with three lit candles on the wooden floor nearby, and a potted plant in the background.

Yoga has been part of my life since I was 25.

I didn’t know it then, but it kept me grounded and still does. (along with weightlifting, because balance!)
