ABOUT ME

I’m your guide for the messy middle. You know, the part where you’ve been shaken awake by burnout or career struggles and you’re not about to go back, but are still unsure of what’s next (or real).

Bridging the analytical with the woo.

When you’re successful and have done everything “right” but are questioning everything, I get it. Maybe you’ve had some experiences you can’t explain, or you’re noticing the rules you’ve been living by suddenly seem…wrong. You don’t need to hustle harder—you just need a new way forward. I’m here to help you find it.

How I Got Here…

After 20 years in the construction engineering industry, I hit a wall. I had checked every box that was supposed to lead to success—climbing the ladder, pushing through exhaustion, staying disconnected from myself because that’s what I thought it took to “make it.” But somewhere along the way, I lost myself. Now, I’m no longer chasing titles and promotions or trying to prove anything. Instead, I’m choosing to live differently. To follow what lights me up, explore the bigger picture through spirituality, and show my kids there’s more than one way to define success.

As a skeptic, it wasn’t easy to admit that I had lost something. In fact, I was 100% a fighter when it came to waking up to the life I had built while stuffing all of my dreams away in order to succeed. The Universe had some funny ways of (ok, funny now, not funny then) making sure that when enough was enough, I was going to pay attention. I’m talking dead people talking to me kind of attention. I couldn’t unsee (unhear?) it, and I sure couldn't go back to how my life had been. I spent years figuring out what I wanted to do next, and when I found Human Design, I realized it was a framework that encourages you to experiment to find what works best for you.

My work is for seekers in transition from doing what you “think” you “should” do to honoring your energy and passions. Maybe you’re questioning everything after the Universe sent you a wake-up call you can’t ignore. From my perspective, Human Design is a tool to understand how YOU work. I bring the engineer’s mind and the seeker’s heart, simplifying the complex, and making space for your questions so you can move from second guessing to confident decisions.

My approach is grounded in reality and accountability; bringing your day-to-day and spiritual worlds together without the bypassing. Start trusting what you already know!

Ready to stop second-guessing?

A FEW OF MY

FAVORITE THINGS

Coffee!

I may or may not have once told a friend that they could pry my coffee cup out of my cold dead hands.

Married mama of two busy boys.

Which means life is full, loud, and spent driving like…everywhere. Keeping the door open for them to explore who they are is a great joy of my life.

I’m a writer

On my Substack, I write about my personal experiences with awakening, personal growth and some cult-y run-ins I’ve had. Let’s just say that for several years I felt like I was being tossed around in a tumble dryer. Or a very angry ocean. Or on a terrifying waterslide. You get the idea. To read all about it, go

Yoga has been part of my life since I was 25.

I didn’t know it then, but it kept me grounded and still does. (along with weightlifting, because I like to feel like a badass)
